Technical Support Agent [South Africa]


 

Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking a standby agent to join their team.

Candidate Requirements:

· Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups

· A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively

You need to have:

  • Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
  • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support

The right person for this role is someone with

  • Tenacity, that demonstrating enthusiasm and urgency, as well as striving for excellence, when it comes to achieving results and dealing with challenges
  • Conflict Management, Managing complexity, disagreement, and conflict effectively and smoothly

· An IT qualification would be advantageous

· Extremely well spoken and good command of the English language

· 1 year work experience in the technical support agent

· Criminal and credit clear

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
