Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking a standby agent to join their team.
Candidate Requirements:
· Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
· A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively
You need to have:
- Completed Matric and IT qualification (minimum A+/N+)
- Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: R5,000.00 - R6,000.00 per month
