SUMMARY: Administers optimalpatient care by planning, organizing and implementing a physical therapy program including assessment, evaluation, docume! ntation and treatment for individual patients referred by attending physician. Assists with review and development of department and program policies and procedures and with the supervision/education of other staff. All assessment and treatment media, approaches and techniques will be appropriate and specific to population served including general rehabilitation services to pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Minimum Education: Bachelor or Masters degree from an accredited school of physical therapy.

Required Certifications/Registr! ations/Licenses: CPR certification. Current or temporary licensure or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina.
