Job Title: TikTok Shop Operator (E-commerce live streaming)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a TikTok Shop Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and operating our company's TikTok shop account, creating and uploading engaging and high-quality content, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for social media, a creative flair, and excellent communication skills.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the company’s TikTok shop account
- Create and upload engaging and high-quality content to promote products
- Interact with customers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyze TikTok shop performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media and e-commerce platforms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operating and managing TikTok shop accounts
- Excellent understanding of TikTok’s algorithms and trends
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Madarin Speaking preferred, can provide sponsorship
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
