SC has an immediate need for a Phone Triage Registered Nurse
who will work in our Access Center
Access Center Phone Triage RN
Adult, Women's Health and Pediatric Outpatient Clinics
Job Number: A991187 & A130398
The qualified applicant will possess the following skills:
Critical thinking and nursing assessment
Demonstrate competency in use of electronic medical record
Ability to communicate effectively with patients in stress filled situations
Efficiently handle high volume of phone calls
Excellent customer service
Function independently to manage urgent patient calls and forward clinical care
questions to the appropriate adult, pediatric or women's clinical staff
Prior family medicine or emergency room experience would be a plus
