My client, a large, well known facility in SC near the beach, has a need for an experienced Pediatric Cardiology Clinic Manager.
The Out! patient Clinic Manager reports to the Nurse Manager. The Outpatient Clinic Manager supports the clinic(s), Service Line and Medical Center goals. Goals include achievement of clinical and quality measures, operational efficiency, financial targets as well as well as population/age specific needs of the assigned department(s).
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and three years related nursing experience. A Bachelor's required. Extensive knowledge of the clinic's patient population, health care trends, community and regional resources and service availability to these populations. An ability to establish working relationships with diverse groups and individual, medical staff and other health care disciplines. Some positions require certification as a generalist in a related specialty area by the American Nurses Association (ANA). RN licensure by South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either! a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS ! for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Pediatric, EMR and cardiology experience REQUIRED. Prior management experience REQUIRED.
