Responsibilities:
- Block/Chip level physical design implementations from netlist to GDSII.
- Chip level partition and timing budget.
- Low power, CPF/UPF design implementation
- Power mesh design, analysis & IR Drop/EM signoff.
- Clock distribution analysis and CTS generation.
- Place & routing, timing closure and timing ECO and signoff.
- Physical design verification (DRC/LVS/ERC/DFM).
Requirements:
- BSEE. MSEE is preferred.
- 5-10 year project experience in physical design implementation.
- Hand-on experience in Cadence (Innovus/Voltus/ETS) or Synopsys (ICC/ICC2/PT/StarRC).
- Proficient user of Perl/TCL/Python is preferred.
- 40nm/28/16nm/7nm tapeout experience is preferred.
- English communication skill.
