Overview:
We are a fast-growing online retail company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management as necessary
- Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Continuously improve customer service by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM systems
- Ability to work in US hours
