Customer Service Representative [Philippines]


 

Overview:

We are a fast-growing online retail company seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating to management as necessary
  • Provide accurate product information and assistance to customers
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Continuously improve customer service by identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in US hours
