Tasks
Your responsibilities:
- Cooperation with internal functions and international teams consisting among others of optical engineers, MEMS engineers and electrical engineers
- Define and execute IC strategy and technology (including package) taking the whole ecosystem and market requirement for LBS into account
- Define and execute test and qualification strategy for TriLite ASIC
- Define sources for IP blocks required for IC system
- Document, design, and support IC level SoC solutions across technology groups
- Define and execute ASIC digital µArchitecture, design and verification
- Continuously improve the development and support model employed on Digital Processing IP to ensure a high level of scalability and efficiency on product engagements
- Support simulation and silicon verification and validation of IP, test and evaluation of ASIC products and FPGA development systems
- Actively track and proactively communicate status to team and management using Agile development practices
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- Several years of work experience in consumer electronics
- An excellent understanding of hardware and software architectures for embedded applications
- Outstanding know-how of consumer electronics market and its challenges
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of German language considered as a plus
- Coding skills with, python, c++ will be considered a plus
