Your skills

  • Relevant working experience in leading teams and Project Management Experience
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Very good knowledge of English language & MS Office (Excel is essential, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions quickly & great precision and patience
  • Working shifts are required (1 week per month 15:30 pm-00:00 am)

Your Tasks

  • Define and build Project Management Office (PMO) and organizational model
  • Appoint / recruit PMO resources based on PMO model
  • Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Create working relationships with project managers and other Account / Delivery Executives
  • Overall risk management to find areas for project improvement
  • Perform team member supervision including performance management, career growth and development
  • Drive improvements into the PMO Team and ensure industry best practices are leveraged
  • Mentor PMO Team Leader , Project Management Specialists and Project Assistants
  • Responsible for tools, standards and methodology i.e. project management templates
  • Continuously evaluating PMO work to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycle, and confer with project staff to outline work plan.
  • Create and maintain staffing plans. Ensures the team is properly trained and staffed to handle the project workload, from an internal staffing support.
  • Makes recommendations to management regarding additions to staff and ensure project management standards are being executed across the IT project portfolio
  • Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  • Reporting to Delivery Executives
  • Interface between team, management and customers, including escalation management
  • Master excel in order to provide efficient reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsibility for the design and compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in the area of responsibility
  • Supporting the Executive team in the tasks related to different stages of the local and international IT-projects for our clients
  • Remote management of several international project/processes as assigned by the Executive team
