Children's Outpatient Clinic Manager Pediatric C! ardiology Job Number -A012158 Function independently to manage 7-8 direct reports Lead care coordination activities performed by clinic staff Hire, mentor, and evaluate employees Budget and fiscal responsibility for staff and clinic operations Implement initiatives for patient and employee satisfaction Clinic operations and workflow analysis for physician office practice Electronic medical record documentation Pediatric experience in area of specialty a plus
**NO WEEKENDS *NO HOLIDAYS * DAY SHIFT * Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and three years related nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for one year of the required work experience. RN licensure by South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer a! nd Healthcare Provider.
